Ling "David" Kuang2L Academic DirectorDavid Kuang is a second year law student with an interest in international law, focusing on international business, criminal and family law. He is excited about the year to come, especially his involvement with APALSA. He is looking forward to witnessing APALSA's continued growth and evolution in the 2011-2012 school year and is hoping this years academic reviews are the best yet. He ultimately hopes, as Academic Director, that every student comes out of the reviews with a full understanding of how to form a "murder-for-hire" contract and what criminal charges would likely be levied by the state. In instances where the victim files tortious claims, he hopes the reviews will be able to help navigate the civil procedure of the court room.
